dosage amounts for EQ

I would like to know proper amount of EQ to take. Whats the proper injection amounts. My bottle says it is 400mg/ml 10ml sterile multidose vial. What does this mean? I think I took way to much and thats why I am having skin problems. Please help?

exactly...not to mention questions like this show that you're not ready for steroids . you have the bottle of eq, yet you have no idea how to interpret it or use it?

not to mention the fact you've already injected it, yet not knowing anything about it.

Damn Bro, you did something that you weren't sure of how much you were doing, that's not good. But 400mg/ml means for every ml there is 400mg's of EQ in it and you have 10 ml's or 10 400mg doses. 400mg is a good starting dose

This means for every 1CC you are injecting 400 mgs.

Quite honestly,you should know this kind of thing.

Thanks guy's. I pretty much new all this information and wanted to reaffirm what I new. I have done some research on this product, before I injected it. I also have been told a few other things by my source that didn't quite work out for me. I am taking winstrol with EQ I have taken 1cc twice a week. That is what I was told to do. Just wanted to make sure this information was right, and how much some of you really know. Of, course I'm ready for this. I've been training hard for 6 yrs. now. I really did not want to take A.S. but I wanted to expiriment with my body. I just can't figure out my skin problem. I did all necessary things needed. I think. Any answers now?

That is 1 cc of EQ, and I started this two weeks before Winni. Not everyone is a pro when they first start anything.

I know I made a mistake, but I am asking for help and more knowledge so that I don't do this again. I appreciate the honesty, along with the help. Dumb Rookie.
