I know wrong section, but please help with PCT

My cycle was:
weeks:
1-10 test prop 100mg ED
2-9 tren 50mg ED
6-10 furazabol 50mg ED
On previous cycles I used to do just HCG , 5000iu mixed with the BW, and take 1cc every 4 days. But now I have HCG, Clomid, noveldex, and arimidex . Please help me with how much of the nov/arimi/clomid to take and when. I DONT want to gain fat while coming off. Since I never used any of the above noted, please give me some ideas!
