what if i double the dosage of an oral version of b12. will it make a big difference? do u use injectable b12 pinnacle? how come b12 is the most popular injectable vitamin? why dont they make a multivitamin injectable of all the nesscary vitamins condensed in to one shot.Quote:

yeah i've used it before and didnt really feel any difference with it. i think i'd rather skip out on the injectable b12 and save myself from poking one more hole in my body. im prolly going to jus stick with a good multivitamin. im a true believer in animal pak
