Check out the AR spa. Plenty of threads on Accutane.
You will get mixed reviews but I can say that I ran 40mgs for 5 months while cycling and it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. ACne cleared up after a month and hasnt come back. Plus it's been about 3 years since I have ended treatment.
The only time I may break out a little is during and post PCT. But its very minimal, one here and there and then its gone.
My bloodwork was checked out monthly and never budged a bit, healthy as can be.
