I am at week 6 500 test e 300 deca what week will be the best for the largest gain?
When i used to do cycles like that i would gain most between weeks 3 and 6
you see your biggest gain when your bloat kicks in from the test E. hahahaha
On test/deca I seemingly gained very well in the 4-8 but did make gains throughout, even if small weight or strength gains.
the biggest gains for me were around the 4-7 weeks, thats if i can remember that way back,,,,ahh them were the days
This was useful information OG LOK.
I saw my biggest jump from weeks 6-9. None of it was bloat.
Lots of people start slamming 4000-5000 or so cals right at the front end. I took mine up from 2600 gradually. Depending on your approach, you may have a different gain pattern.
