DIANABOL and CYCLE QUEST

I wanted to know if it is okay to just take dianabol by itself. Because i have been reading that you should start out dianabol with out stacking. Also how long after a cycle should you wait before you start another.(shortest time)

That is not OK.. Test E or C 500mg a week for a first cycle would be a good one. Time on+ pct= time off. Do some research before you start taking roids.

d-bol alone isn't worth it, first off d-bol being a 17-AA shouldn't be used more than 5-6 weeks (most ppl do 4 weeks) which isn't enough at all to add on any considerable muscle mass.
say u get 15 lbs in those 6 weeks, i'd say 12-13 is fluids that ur body will get rid off after discontinuing the steroid.

if its ur first time using roids i would recommend that u go with 400-600 mg of test enanthate a week for ten weeks, u will love it!!

I think he should do some research on his diet before he even thinks about roids, no?

ALLWAYS do PCT!!!

Orals are not so bad as most members on this board want you to think.
Sure, it's harsh on your liver, so is a glass of alcohol.
Sure, you will hold water, but you will also on test and other injects.
Sure you will lose some of your gains as it is water.
You will keep also plenty of your gains IF you train, eat, sleep OK.

But starting with a mild D-bol cycle of 25 to 30 mg per day, for about 6 to 8 weeks, nothing wrong with that one. After that 3 or 4 weeks PCT. (Clomid, Tamoxifen)
I prefer to stack it with anavar, but that's personal.

Time on = time off, including your PCT. so this will give you 12 weeks "on", and you need to take a 12 week "rest".

Orals can be good to SUPPORT your training and eating.

D-bol alone won't get you big, good food, training and rest will.
But plenty of people had good solid gains with a d-bol cycle.

(and for all the upcomming flames, yes I know test or tren will make you grow faster, and let you keep more of the gains, but that was not the question)
