How good are the rehab qualities of Deca ? Is it a big difference or just so so? Any bro's with experience, thanks!

I am trying to treat a "tweaked" shoulder I guess. It is nothing requiring serious rehab but it is an annoying pain nontheless. I would say that it only affects my upperbody performance a little bit.

it might help you out while your on but, once you get off the pain will come back. take some time off. time is the best thing to heal injuries

Everybody's different, I know. And I can't speak yet for "after coming off", but I tore my left supinator a while back, and rest, compression, etc. just wasn't doing the trick. I started running a little deca along with my test and am feeling strong and no pain.

YEp- like smiley said- I got a bro of mine uses deca all the time for his shoulder because it makes the pain pretty much go away, but it comes back as soon as it wears off. The problem with anything like that is that it is masking the pain of an injury and you might actually injur yourself more. Time heals- masking the injury will hurt you in the end IMO.
