lethargic on gear
why do i always feel lethargic as hell on cycle. I just want to curl up and go night night. No motivation to do anything. Once i get to the gym i'm fine but it is hard to get me there.

Maybe it is the changing of the weather... you are going into hybernation mode. Just a theory.

Try taking a natural energy supplement...maybe something with ginseng to help. There are also natural mood enhancers. Moodiness seems normal on AAS. What are you cycling? Doses?

I do also, but after a few weeks, my body adjusts to the hoirmone levels and I am not so sleepy.

guys this is do to a couple things . The body is trying to run at a high anabolic rate day and night. The increase in food intake takes alot out of you too. I recommend digestive enzymes with every meal and dietary fiber in your shakes. Throw in B12 injections every day and you will be feeling much better. Be sure yor getting 8 hours or sleep 5-htp. will help you sleep better.

i agree with the b-12 suggestion. i've been running it for 6wks now ed and feel good once i wake up, it helps ur diet and is also good for cutting shots if ur sensitive to stuff, especially prop.
