eat more food. well at ten weeks cycle is almost over. so sorry so sad no gains to bad.

Seriously, you need to eat more quality complex carbohydrates with plenty of fiber. Shitty carbs and/or eating too high a percentage of carbs in your diet is what caused you to gain that water weight.
Stick with quality carbs like: Brown Rice, Oatmeal, Barley, etc...

how much sus in mg/ml were you using, how much training were you doing and did you take in enough caloires each day and include the right amount of protein your mucsle's need in order for growth. And last, are you sure the sus was real juice and not bunk junk(or your body's not juice friendly--genetics
