    Right amount?

    I am 6'0, 190 lbs currently, I'm going to be taking a 10 week cycle of test prop, and was wanting to inject everyday in the glutes..... I was wondering how many CC's would be good for me..... I'm wanting to gain about 20lbs or so, and I'm ending my cycle on Windstrol........ But just wondering how many CCs a day to inject of Test Prop....

    Weeks 1-10 Test Prop
    Weeks 9-12 Windstrol


    How many CC's a day for Test Prop, and Windstrol?

    YOU CANT INJECT IN ONE SITE MORE THAN ONCE EVERY 4-5 days.

    If you inject ED in the same spot the oil doesnt get a chance to disipate and you risk an abcess!

    i got 3 infections from pinning ed in the glutes.. dont do it... ever

    your highly mistaken if youu think someone at 6' 190 with a minimal body fat doesnt have good size.

    thats the plan for injections while im taking prop ED. i never have a problem with this rotation.

    no, ur mistaken b/c i was that weight with low b/f and only 5'9 and i def wasnt gear ready then(this was 2.5yrs ago)

    i cant pin delts .... i did prop in delts once and i couldnt do anything for 3 days...

    anyways.. i hear only diff from doing eod or ed is side effects

    I am eating about 4,000 calories a day, with about 2:1 protein to carb diet. I have a good diet, and I weigh about 190-195 with about 8% body fat.

    While you all made some points, Noone helped me with how many CC's of Test Prop or Test E I can take everyday. I will inject as stated above, a rotation every 2 days in the Glutes, Legs, and another place, but I need to know how many CC's a day to inject ...... Please help me out here.

    Sorry Mr. Studmeister, Not everyone can achieve such muscular attributes, maybe you forgot about something called genetics? Which can only go so far, then this takes over.

    V5RED, do not post anymore in my thread, thank you. Yes I am wanting to know how many M/l to take a week or everyday. I was thinking about 750m/g a week

    I agree.

    Maybe before flaming or pissing people off, like you tend to do, GIVE ADVICE!!!! I understand diet is the key ingredient to building muscle. Some people cannot go to far because of their genetics. I do agreem 6' at 190 is not THAT big, and there is much more potential to build before doing a cycle or 2. but not everyone is perfect and start cycles at to early of an age, or dont have a strong base built up. It happens more than you think. Please respect others, give respectable advice, and dont be an @SS!

    Could someone answer my question of 750M/l's a week, is that a good place to start with a 10 week cycle, ending with weeks 9-12 of Windstrol to cut and retain muscle I've gained. Advice on this subject would help.

    sure its a good place to start.. i would go 500mg ew though if its the 1st cycle.. also run the winny week 7-12.. I always ran winny 5 weeks min..

    I would run the prop 75-100mgs ED. See how your results are with that. and sorry Swolecat bout the post earlier, just needed to tell that guy to stop rippin on peeps up in her. Ive seen it happen in other threads.
