Food is much more anabolic than any drug you could use. At your weight, that would be my choice.
You really need to get your weight up there. If you look at the posts of experienced people they always say they would like to have waited and gotten to their natural potential....shoot for...maybe...215?
Agreed, but if you do choose to do one I'd go with a test only cycle. 20lbs is a possibility if your training and diet are in check.Quote:
