okay i was just wondering im presently cutting or trying to get bodyfat down im doing lots of cardio and stuff for 45 min a day and taking eca to burn fat now the question i have is can i take creatine as well . im guessing fat burn with eca and more muscle with creatine is good idea . but dont the two cause water rentention . a buddy of mine said both take water out and you could dehydrate your self. and says one takes water out and the other bloats you not a good idea. need advice please help can u take these two together while trying to burn fat and put on or maintain muscle. thanks 1 ad man.
