    Injecting/Working Out

    I injected 250 test e into my thigh this morning. I was just wondering if I could hit legs tonight? I wasn't sure if I would bother the area of injection.

    if u injected correctly and u have no pain i don't see why not.

    Sure, i just wouldnt shoot the quads the day before legs. Could get tough if you get more sore than usual.

    i inject into my quads every thursday and then work legs that night. no problems here.
