how do i know the t3 is working

im taking clen 120 mcg also....got all the sides of it(shakes)....but the t3 , how do i know its working not really sweating extra...its at 100mcg daily...im in day three...

This all really depends on your body's baseline values. What you should have done is taken your temperature first thing in the morning for 7 or more days prior to starting the t-3, this would have allowed you to guage how high of a dose you need to take once you started through monitoring your basal temp. Since you probably didn't do this, you can do the next best thing and just start taking your morning temps. You want to be in a range of 97.8-98.8 i believe (someone correct me if I'm wrong). Anything higher than this and you risk eating a lot of muscle. Remember this is your temp first thing in the morning, as soon as you wake up. Taking your temperature at other times in the day isn't very accurate since many things affect it.
