1-ad
Hey I'm new to the whole forum thing. I'm 18, 6'3" and 228 lbs. I've been lifting for about 3 solid years now and have really racked some major gains. Just curious if anyone knew where I could get some 1-AD over the internet. Can any one help me out?

thanks a lot. What do you think is the best replacement for 1-ad or have you heard of any supplements that are very close in structure.

What are the side affects like? if any? Also I do a 6 day workout working one body part each day. I tend to do about 8 to 10 exercises per body part. Is this too much or should I limit my number of exercises and go for a fewer number of exercises but push more weight?

If you're making gains from that amount of exercises, then keep it up.
I wouldn't be able to do that much for each body part. Maybe 4 exercises.
Now if you meant sets - that's a whole different thing.

I do 8 to 10 exercises and each exercise consists of 3 sets of usually 10, 8 and then 6 reps

have u ever used superdrol or know anyone who has and has gotten decent results?

That's a lot BigBri, if you're hittin a wall, you might be overtraining certain body parts. Have you been gaining on this steadily?

Ya I have hit a wall of late and think i should try to push harder on the exercises i do and cut it down to only about 5 or 6 exercises. I eat a ton 2 and am trying to add some more solid muscle.

Sounds like you are all ready realizing you need a change.
Give some thought to maybe going all out with only three exercises for each and maybe bump the training up to twice a week or every fourth day.
Look around in the Workout Questions section for some ideas.

everything legal is a joke basically, protein and glutamine are the only things that seem worth buyin that works IMO

Hit a wall-up the calories. Revolt, formerly Max LMG is good stuff. Hurry, it'll be gone quick. Mainly exploded my strength gains, amazing for such a relatively mild suppressive compound.

I used SUperDrol stuff works great if you do it right... i increased my weight i can push lot more weight up on my benches and other excersizes
I reccomened it, if you want to stay away from AAS
i been using it and i have not done AAS yet still researching
Never heard of the REVOLT stuff but sounds good anyone know where i can learn about that more?

I am currently using Phera Plex by Anabolic Extreme an dhave noticed the hardening of muscle but I'm only one week in. Any one ever used it and had some good results?
