aspirating/getting cloudy fuild?

Third cycle here, been using proper injecting techniques and such everytime, occasionally pull blood and have to poke again but that stuff happens. A few weeks ago i had an awesome shoulder workout, really intense burn, and when doing a delt injection later that night I pulled back a white cloudy substance, i thought maybe it was some sort of lactic acid build up but regardless decided to use a new pin and go with a quad injection instead. Yesterday I was doing a quad injection and aspirated the same white cloudy substance again. I trained legs on friday, it was now monday, I'm basically just concerned what this substance is, and if it really is some sort of lactic acid build up or something else, I'm curious if i pull this substance if i can still inject since there is no blood and won't be going into a vein, or if i should choose a different injection spot? any advice would be appreciated.thanks

there was a similar thread to this one a while back.. it might be old juice that hasn't been absorbed yet, but you say it happened twice in two different spots so mabey not?

ive heard of this happening before, im too lazy to do a search on it. i dont think its puss, and im almost positive its not latic acid build up. i cant remember.

i have had the same thing happen and it was when i was doing an enanthate cycle shooting twice a week and was just alternating delts. I had it begin to happen in one of my dlets
