Say someone gets busted with 20ml of test, first offense, what kinda sentence could they be looking at potentially? Anyone have even a rough estimate?

First time offense for personal use usually gets reduced to a misdemeanor. Second time class D felony. Ask me how I know.

first time offense proly has to pay a fine and maybe some rehab/counseling...probably out patient
