test for beginners

How much testosterone is the right amount for beginners per week? Also what do you think is the best test to use. Enanthate , cypionate , or sustanon .

ena. and cyp are pretty much the same..

500 mg . week for at least 10 weeks

id say 400-500mgs for 10-12 weeks

id go with the test e slighter more test per ml than test c at same mg/ml(less weight is ester). and sust is to damn hard to keep blood levels steady with out ed or eod injections

sust 250 is ur best bet man, i find it pretty easy to keep blood levels consistant because it is such a slow release combo of tests

u put the new in new member. im not hating but dont go reccomending him to take sustanon for his first cycle on ur like 4th post. sustanon IS NOT the way to go for ur first cycle. this thread is pissing me off now.

I asked what would bet -better- between 500 for 10 weeks or 400 for 12 weeks. That signifies a comparison.

LOL, what's your stats bro, age hieght, wieght, training, ect....? then we can give you an accurate dose, assuming your ready.

Actually I am not planning to cycle yet, not for at least 6-8 months anyways. I just hear people saying 400-500 for 10-12 weeks. So I was curious as to what people thought about the 2 situations I asked about. I was thinking 400@12 would be better.

Do some more research.... sust does not only have slow release esters... it also has short esters... it shld be shot eod to keep bloodlevels constant... every 3rd day at the least....

Test e or c wld be best for a newbie... 500mg/week (250mg every 3.5 days)
