Alright, couldn't resist. Excess has the right answer - stick to AS that have short detection times. Even then, remember that if you can be randomized without notice, you're screwed.

Obviously, you'll have to weigh your priorities. Even if I'm in the worst pain I avoid drugs with codeine because I can be randomized (in my case, under D.O.T. regulations - hell, I even avoid bagels with poppy seeds because they can produce a false positive reading).

If whatever you're doing is important enough to you, you may have to make a decision to stay off AS - it's part of the game.

Not that I have ever seen...Dont think that there could be.. It isnt like smokin pot...most gear is injected into your system, which them goes into your blood stream.

They go to comps that dont test. Man if they tested then there would be no point, every one would fail.

You asked "what is the best way to pass a steroid drug test?", which didn't say anything about detox products. I suppose you could take a detox product, but if you won't be tested there isn't any point. Check out Iwan2bsolid2's link.
