Pct Doses All At Once?

starting my pct in 2 days but have a question. when taking nolvadex and clomid should i take the entire days dose at once or take smaller doses spaced throughout the day? the reason being ive heard of people taking the clomid before bet to try and avoid the mood swings. thanks in advance.

even when i start getting into smaller doses? anybody else? does it matter if you take all at once ?

Does it matter? Hmmm, probably not. Is it more stable in your blood when you split it up? YES.

I take it all at once in morning. Never seen bloodtests, so I couldn't say if it will make a difference to split it. Btw, I am taking 50mg clomid/20mg nolva

take them all at once take them split it up it don't matter one bit

I seem to have less sides if I take it all just before bed.
