Just got back from Cabo and I walked into a few pharama's and didn't see a thing. All the pain killers and viagra anyone could want but nothing that really interested me. I guess for gear you have to go out of the tourist areas. Couldn't really shop around much, I was with a girl that wouldn't understand. The place is pretty good for just plain vacation.
