I am a weightlifter and im bound by weight divisions.
i would like to go on a cycle that will speed up my recovery and help me gain strength. Mass is okay but i dont want much if i can avoid it.
My training is geared toward strength with many singles (low volume high intensity...like bulgarians) and frequent work outs.
I am being coached so the technical side and training program is there, also the years of training are also there (i was a powerlifter before this).
I guess my question is this: If am training for strength and not hypertrophy will i be likely to gain more strength than mass on AAS?
A weightlifter in a lightweight catagory was busted with A "mass" drug (i think it was deca) he was in a strict weightclass. So i am guessing Mass drugs are okay to use aslong as you are using them with the correct training.
(i was hoping to use Test, T-bol and maybe EQ....but not Deca, due to the testing time)
