i am a question but not sure whether to post here of in the nutrition forum.
my question is this
if i were on test prop for 500 mg a week. i should consumer 1-1.5 grams protein per pound body weight etc.......
but
if i were on test prop for 1000 mg a week should i consume more than the recommended protein carb etc......
if not then how would increasing dosage actually help getting better gains.

Actually I think youll find with some research that you probably want to be taking in more protein than that if your trying to make gains. Probabaly more like 2-2.5 grams per pound of your lean body mass. This is all the more important when on any aas...since what the steroids actually do is increase protein synthesis...when on you should be eatin as much protein as you can handle.Quote:

what i don't see is 1-1.5 grams per 500mgs or if you are on 700 mgs you should be consuming 1.5-2 grams.
