    help on a cycle

    ha i just wanted some input on how i should stack the stuff i got im looking for a 10 week cycle i got 2 sustest 250 1 eq 50 mg and 2 deca 250 all are 10 ml bottles and i want to run some anti e what shold i run this is my 4th cycle im 190 looking to get 200 my bf is 9% im 24 thanks

    i think this is ur 1st cycle si sust is enough 4 u now but what r ur states
