    B12 Supp....How much a day?

How much B12 should I take?

I have 100mcg tabs...it says that they are designed to release in 30 minutes.

In the middle of cycle (like always) of 500mg EW of Test E

throw the tablets in the bin, you would have to take a bucket full to get any real benifit out of them, take 1000mcg of injectable b-12 everyday which would do the job
