    quick question

    Well sundays are my shot days.. but tomorrow I am heading outta town... would it matter if I did my shot at like 12:30 pm?

    just shoot befor you go to bed not a big deal. or just shoot when you get up. the best time would be after you shower.

    it really wont affect your gains if you shoot the night before, but if you are worried about it, you could just wake up a little earlier and do it on sunday.
