The time you wait is dependent on the Anabolic you are taking, its not 18 days for everything, Have a look at this http://forums.steroid.com/showthread.php?t=94822 The reason you wait is so that the steroid leaves your body and your natural system is then ready to restart. If there is more Test in your body than your system normally makes it wont restart to make more. Hense why you wait a while, then the Clomid is used to help the restart process.
During the wait time, you continue to eat and workout, just no gear.
