If you live with your parents, then you shouldn't be doing it in their house in the first place. Otherwise, show them how you eat and train, your lifestyle should speak for itself. Take it as a compliment.

I say just the same :), I also have a buch of supplements bottles in my office ( animal pack, no2, some vitamins, and one of those megea mass 5 pound jugs) they have been there for t5he longest time with out me even touching them, now that I think about it some of them may even be empty, but everybody sees them and they thing thats why I'm big, they don't even have a clue. And I also try to take my protein shake on from of people during tha day, they always go " man, how many of those you take a day?, no wonder you are so big" if they only knew.

I say that I never go to the gym, do any cardio, take any supplements, or even eat a healthy diet... my physique is built 100% from the bowflex machine.

You know this is funny, my ex gf asked me that a few days ago after she saw me out last weekend. Actually I am off cycle right now so I was telling the truth. I told her "thanks, that's a compliment. I work hard and try to eat right." She said "No, your face looked bloated". I was like "What, I'm at 195lbs at about 12% bf." I told her a few years ago I did some test. Yeah, my face was bloated back then but I was also 230lbs. I was a big POS. I don't like that look, it sucks. She just said that to piss me off but it didn't work. Damn, I'm eating ultra clean now with lots of cardio. I don't expect to grow off cycle so I don't let that bother me. I just want to maintain.... I'm going down to 180lbs with DNP in about a week, after the holidays. I want to get my bf into single digits then start my test e, EQ cycle.... Yeah! I can feel it coming on baby! T-minus 2-3 weeks and counting...
