    Exclamation why is this?

ok, as some of you know, ive been having some vision problems because of the clomid i was running. that was about a week ago, and my vision has been slowly getting better. but today i went to tan for 20 min in one of the tanning beds, and after i got out, my vision was worse then it had been in a few days. and ive been seing flashes of light on and off today ever since i got out of the tanning bed. why is this, does the tanning bed somehow effect the clomid? what do you guys think about this.

The clomid can have permanent effects on vision, although thats probably rare. More importantly, you were in the tanning booth for 20minutes, were you wearing eye protection?

man i would stop taking clomid if i had problems like that. A blind man has trouble lifting weights and whats the point if you cant see yourself in a pose down in the mirror....

Well the UV from the beds are not good for you eyes.. So I guess the 2 could compound. I am guessing you wore protective eye wear?

I would stay out of the bed and off the clomid for a bit, see if it gets any better. Also, no looking at the sun either.. I know, tempting.

You didnt' answer. Did you open your eyes while tanning. You're previous eye condition relative to the clomid intake may have made you more senstive to the sunlight. We're you seening stars or something like that?

Let's dig a little further. Did you have these stars before tanning or was the visual disturbance from clomid different?

Doesn't take a genius to conclude a sensitivity to light. Would you agree? Are your eyes more sensitive to light first thing in the morning or with oncoming headlights when you drive?

IMO...with the onset of clomid vision problems...you can also experience sensitivities to many other things...(suppliments, caffeine, tanning, too much water, over-eating; whatever...its nerve related)...that will make the visual disturbances worse for a time...

The vision problem will most likely clear up, but you may retain some sensitivity...Go see an eye doctor MD (ophthalmology), maybe doc can help you out...also eat carrots, yep raw carrots...good for your eyes...

I wear sunglasses all the time when out. I wear lightly shaded sunglasses even when it is cloudy. I get them from my eye doc. Also I believe vitamin A is good for your eyes. Check into supplements and vitamins.
