set while on a cycle??
how many sets should u do for the big and small bodyparts while on a cycle???

heavy weeks, i like anywhere from 4-8 reps of heavy weight.
light week, 10-12 reps lighter weight

traps/calves/ legs i go till failure after warmup/1 set tho. cuz they cant take a beatin

Depends...typically 12 sets for large muscles, and 5-6 sets for smaller.

i dont think thats enough, i think u need 16-20 sets for the large muscles and 12-16 for the smaller muscles

i dunno why u guys think thats crazy, your body can hanlde that much expecially while on a cycle, i do 16 sets for large and 12 sets for the smaller ones while off cycle

yea im no expert but i do beleive what he said about some people respond to high sets and others low sets but i think that also has alot to do with genetics how can you compare arnold and lee preist to yourself?
