When drawing up liquid into the needle, for example 1cc=250ml (test) Do you draw up to the 1 on the needle when the liquid is coming out of the needle or do you measure from the first line from the needle to the 1cc mark???

One mark below the 1cc mark to compensate for liquid held in tip. I leave 1/2cc of air to push everything out.
Most importantly, just do it the same everytime to keep dosage consistant.
so when i do it there is no air in the needle when it is right on the 1CC mark...is that wrong, and what does that really come out to?
When you say you leave 1/2 cc of air in the needle, do you push the air into your body,
I didnt know you could do this, I hate wasting.
Only a tiny bit of air escapes the pin, I push just enough until the air bubble touches the opening and then stop making sure all the liquid is removed. If you are not injecting directly into a vein/artery, I don't see any reason why this would be harmful. Make sure to aspirate before injecting.
<This is just my procedure, Not telling anyone to follow my lead and do it yourself. I personally see no harm in my method>
