    Exclamation Need Suggestions...!!!

    Whats up fellas,
    Ok, I have 200 tabs each of 20mg Var and 20mg Tbol. I am 5'9 195 and 28 yrs old. Can anyone suggest the best way to take this cycle? Thanks

    Goals? Stats? Are you thinking abou adding TEST? How many cycles have you done?

    i'd wait until you got some test then run a 12 week cycle of test and throw in the d-bol the first 5 or 6 weeks at a dose of around 40mg's a day and save the var for the final 5 or 6 weeks and run that at around 40mg's a day as well.
