Test-E Deca Question

5'11, 180, 22 years old, have been training 4 years

I have never previously taken any form of test and this will be my first time,
I did dbol last summer and have not taken anything since...soon
Im going to be taking test e 250 mg and deca 250 and I wanna do it for 10 weeks.....what would be an ideal cycle, as in dosages per week?

DECA 400mg's week 1-10

TEST 500mg's week 1-12
DECA 300mg's week 1-10

OR

TEST 400mg's week 1-12
DECA 300mg's week 1-10

I think the one in bold would fit you well being this is your first cycle... I have seen many people gain 20 pounds off of just 250mg's of test for their first cycle... So this one would be solid...

this is going to be my first time using the injectbles, should I stick to the 400 test, 300 deca or go for TEST 500mg's week 1-12

I got 2 bottles of test e and 2 bottles of deca , both are 250

Okay you could do 400 mgs of Test for 12 weeks and 300-350 mgs of Deca for 10 weeks. You should have a little left over from the Deca at the end just save it for your next cycle... These are good doses for your first time you should have some good growth with this cycle...

So it should look like this

TEST 400mgs week 1-12
DECA 300-350 week 1-10
PCT should be started 14 days after your last Enanthate shot. If you need to read up on PCT it has its own forum. Also you can get the supplies of this site...

Thanks alot bro! What do you suggest I do with the deca ? 300 or 350? What do you think is the optimuim choice for best results?

I dont think the 50mgs will have that big of a difference. Stick with 300 and after 5-6 weeks if you feel like shooting more than its up to you. Also remember that these compounds usually take around 4 weeks to kick into high gear... Weeks 1-4 usually consist of good pumps a little strength and then its like boom your benching the house. So be sure to read up on the steroid profiles so you know what t o expect...

I would split up the shots, 1 1/2 CC'c in each shot lil more test then deca . dont make the same mistake i did with my first shot of 2 1/2 CC's in the ass.....its been 8 days and im still sore

Make sure you eat your ASS off... even if you think you cant eat anymore keep eating. drink a gallon of water a day also.... you need like 4,000 cal a day if you really want it to work
