Should an AI be included in one's first cycle (Test E 500mgs weekly)?
Would one receive anabolic results from Aromasin off cycle due to it's estro reducing/Test increasing properties? How should Aromasin be employed, if at all in a first cycle?

It is always a requirement IMO, Decreases bloat and reduces sides. I'd run it at 25mg/day throughout cycle and PCT. No personal experience as of yet, I will be including it in January.

Personally I don't think you should use any ancillaries until you know if you need them, yes you should have them handy, but what, just what if you run the whole cycle with no unusual bloating or nasty gyno-then you wasted your money on shiat you didn't need, so IMO buy it, keep it on hand and pay attention, if you don't need it during then you can use it in PCT.

Aromasin is a very good AI and would def do the job. The only thing is that the cost is high and you could get away with running cheaper ancillaries at the dosages you will be running for a first cycle. You could run Nolva and L-dex, or just nolva.

My first cycle I just ran 10mg of Nolva and 25mg Proviron and that did the trick for me.

500mg/wk should work well, I'd shoot 250mg on Mon, and 250mg on Thurs. for more stable levels. You gonna grow like a weed. Make sure your diet is on key.

I'd rather not gain too much weight (counteracts sports) but I'm looking for some size and strength. With this type of goal should I keep the cycle short (6-8wks), or maybe reduce the dosage? What recommendations would you all make?

Run it for at least 10 weeks at 500mg....... The weight you gain is more from your diet then the AAS.

Exactly, you can control your weight gain with your diet. I know ppl who take TestE to lean up. But their diet reflects it also.

Frequency: wk shot bi wkly (every 3.5days)
Duta: beginning a month before, throughout, and PCT
PCT: nolva only pct, 14 days after last inj, 40mg nolva for 14 days followed by 14 days on 20mg nolva

LASTLY WHAT ARE YOUR PIN RECOMMENDATIONS? 1.5" 22g; 1'' 23g; 1'' 25g???

25ga 1 1/2 inch is the best universal pin. Draw with a 20 and shoot with a 25 is what I do.

...how does changing the pin increase sanitation? If the first pin and product are sanitary, where does the problem come in? Please elaborate.

Some people fail to remember to clean the surface of the vial when drawing. Also I use the 20gauge to speed up the drawing process, so I am already switching it anyway(because there is no way I'm shooting with a 20g). Although, I do reuse my draw needle for a few weeks at a time.

Yes...your draw pin should ALWAYS be clean(sterile out of the sealed package) bro.You'll risk infection otherwise.Never re-use a pin to draw with.They cost pennies.

I use everything one time only.The only thing I re-use is a slin pin for taking liquid orals.

You'll use a larger gauge pin(20g) to draw up the oil.After that process is complete.You'll then switch pins to your lower(25g) gauge pin for injecting.Once that is complete,you'll wipe the injection site with alcohol and fire away.
