cycle question

This will be my 2nd cycle. I'm 5'10, 205lb with 14% bf.
I have 4000ml of test and 4000ml of deca. would it be better to
take 400mg a week for 10 weeks or should I take 500 or 600 a week
for a shorter time?

10 weeks is still good for a novice like you (that is as long as you waited time off at least from your last cycle). As long as the receptors dont get too saturated you are set.

good advice...run 400/400 for 10 weeks and dont forget clomid =\

thanks fot the info. should I start the clomid after I finished the cycle
or mix it in around week 8 or 9.
