Best first cycle is 500mg/week Test, thats it.
PCT starts 18 days after last Test shot
Day 1-30 100mg Clomid ED
Day 1-30 20mg Nolvadex ED

imo stop the clomid when u feel every thing is back again i do this

Maybe kick it off with some dbol the first 4 weeks, 30-40mg ed would be good.
