    Arrow first cycle

    I want to start my first cycle with some test(maybe 500mg twelve weeks two times per week?),and with some deca ,for example(more ideas?),but I don't know what to do in post cycle...can u help me?

    Best first cycle is 500mg/week Test, thats it.

    PCT starts 18 days after last Test shot

    Day 1-30 100mg Clomid ED
    Day 1-30 20mg Nolvadex ED

    imo stop the clomid when u feel every thing is back again i do this

    Excelent info. Best first cycles are test only. I'd save the deca for the next one.

    Maybe kick it off with some dbol the first 4 weeks, 30-40mg ed would be good.

    pct will start at varying times all accordin to what test you are using mate!!!
