Is it my Kidneys of Lower Back? OUCH!!!

Long time reader, first time caller.

I have been on Deca 400 mg and Winny 140m/g per week for about 5 weeks now. Just in the past week, my lower back seems to ache significantly, or could it be my kidneys. During my whole cycle so far I have refrained from alcohol use. But about a week ago, have had a few drinks. This is my first cycle, so I am a concerned as heck. Any suggestions to make the pain go away?? Thanks.

Deca and Winstrol have minimal effect on the kidneys. They could have aggravated an underlying condition you have tho. You need to go to a clinic and get bloodwork or urinary tests to check for kidney problems.

thanks. what can I do or take in the meantime to help cleanse, or alleviate any aggitation?

cranberry, uva ursi, marshmallow root, parsely - all things that help and aid in kidney function. good luck, but if the problem persists then see a DR.
