    I went lower on the cheek like spot said and blew through a vein. I went higher like this thread indicates and have never had a problem. Bump Bump Bump

    i need to see a pic.. i tried this the other night and im in alot of pain. I followed the instructions... from what i gathered the right spot is on the side of your glutes above the dimple in the butt?? right???

    Heres how i do it. Flex your glutes, you will notice the top part doesnt sink in, thats where i inject. You can also go to s p o t i n j e c t i o n s .com

    no pictures needed,cut your ass into quarters and inject the upper outer quarter and you are good to go............nuff said thread closed...........
