    battling high blood pressure?

    hey fellas
    how do you battle high bp from roids? i don't have high bp, in fact it is near perfect 121/84. however, just in case i get it when i hit my cycle. is it possible to treat it? is water retention the only cause for it? thanks.

    Ok well I am really glad you asked - it is MUCH easier to prevent it than to cure it. Drink LOTS of water. Also monitor your BP constantly - you will want to take care of this problem AS SOON as it arises. Do lots of cardio - and incorporate a calming agent into your cycles - like kava kava

    thanks again mike for the always great advice. btw, not so sure what kava kava is. is it a natural plant or something? can i take it with my meds, zoloft 50mg daily and adderall 10mg daily? thanks again. always appreciated.

    yup you can definitely take it with them - it's an OTC herbal supp. - look into it on the web - VERY interesting in fact

    oh yeah - and definitely limit your sodium intake severely - I have almost eliminated added salt from my diet
