Ok I'm looking to gain about 10 lbs of lean mass. I'm 6'1' 185.
I have equipose and plan to do a 10 week cycle but am unsure if I should stack it with something or not.
I was told to do a 10 week cycle of equipose and then immediately follow it with a 10 week deca cycle. Does this make sense?
If not should I take it alone or stack it with something else.
