Nolva throughout Cycle Help!

Should I run Nolva (Lion) 20mg/ed throughout the cycle or Only if I experience gyno. I'm kinda a better safe than sorry guy.

Cycle dbol 30mg/ed for 4 weeks
test e 500mg/wk for 10 weeks

PCT clomid (Lion)

i didnt and i have gyno now. biggest regret i have about anything in my entire life was probably not using nolva.

u can run it from week 3 or 4 of ur cycle

Is there anythign wrong with running it form day one? I thought I read somewhere on this site that someone recommended starting Nolva 3 weeks or so BEFORE starting the cycle.

To be on the safe side, you could run 10-20mg throughout your entire cycle.

Estrogen does have benefits (like helping to keep cholestrol levels in check) - don't think it is some evilness that must be nuked from your body. At 500mg of TE per week you should deffinitly not use more than 10mg ED... or 20mg EOD. In fact, a good rule of thumb would be 10mg/day of Nolvadex per 500mg/wk of TE.

And I wouldn't start this until blood androgen levels have peaked and excess aromatization could become an issue... TE should peak testosterone blood levels after week 3 - unless you are frontloading of course.

BTW - I just noticed you are running Dbol at 30mg ED for the first 4 weeks... I would still hold off on the Nolva for a 2-3 weeks into the cycle...
