It can't hurt IMO, personally I just continue a low dose PCT until I feel up to snuff.
What do ya mean low dose pct? ive heard 100mg ED for 4 weeks is sufficient. Ive also heard 300mg for the first week, then taper down till 50mg ed for week 4. I was gonna run some T-bomb2 after the cycle and see how that works. Its still 60 bucks a bottle or something like that. I got 2 bottles for free! so i thought what the hell, ill use them to see what happens.
i think he means running a normal pct then continuing with something like 10mg nolva ed for a bit after.Quote:

t-bombs2 r as equal to a sugar pill, they do nothing. i was on them 2 years ago for a full bottle & didn't feel anything. they r a rip off replacement of androstienediol (nor stak). MHP products r great but that t-bomb they try to push heavily, it sucks & it not really a test booster.Quote:

You could run some arimidex for 1 month at 0.5mg and this will nearly double your test levels. Even clomid and nolva cannot do that.
Last I took test/deca I shut down HARD. Regular nolv and clomid pct didn't do ANYTHING for me. I learned the hard way not to cycle heavy on deca. Anyways, Trib and Redkat helped big time. I think redkat is the better of the two though.
I used the Redkat as well. Excellent addition to PCT. If you are really shutdown hard, take more than the recommended 4 pills. I did that and I noticed a libido return.Quote:

I have read that you need 20% protodioscin content to have a good trib product. Optimum's is the most popular trib product on this site and it doesn't even list this ingredient. I like making my own ZMA because I can take a litte higher dose with zinc (50mg).Quote:

yes. IMO, you're better running a traditional PCT with HCG, nolva, clomid and ldex/aroma/letro. If done right you really don't need those other products, IMO. Now, if you can't get what you need for tradional PCT then by all means get the OTC stuff and go as far as you can. However, I feel it neccissary to have everything before you begin a cycle. This includes PCT just in case something goes wrong during the cycle you have what you need to conduct PCT.Quote:

Nolva and a dex can be run together, just remeber nolva reduces adex blood serum levels by ~30%, so you wind up bumping the adex dose slightly to adapt for the compromised efficacy. Or run aromasin as it is not effected by the presence of nolva.

Instead of running the nolva and ldex together, how about cycle between the two. Nolva decreases serum ldex and letro levels. You can combat this by upping the dose of the ldex, but I would rather just cycle between the two. Both are very productive at restoring natural test production. As for the forza-t, you might want to post that question in the supplemtnt forum.
oh yeah, the HCG is optional depending on what kind of cycle you did, how long it was and how heavy it was. IMO, HCG is a must pre-PCT to wake the boys up.
I agree that trib is good for sex drive but it does little to nothing for raising t-levels like nptadude said it is probably better for women as it has been proven to raises estrogen significantly and i notice that when i take it, it does indeed flair up my gyno but if your not prone to gyno then i say go ahead and take it as nptadude suggests.
My favorite test booster are:
6-0x0- works really well horniness is crazy, i should note that i used this as a standalone and not for PCT, also serves as an anti-e
Yohimbe - Gives great quality wood that is hard to get rid of even after you bust
Eurycoma - another good one

I dont think everyone recommending arimidex/l-dex for PCT understand some of the cholesterol problems from using these products. Most HRT doctors strongly discourage use of aromatase inhibitors for post cycle because while it is effective for triggering LH stimulation, L-dex in PCT can cause a massive increase in total cholesterol and almost a total obliteration of HDL cholesterol in your body. It wouldnt be unheard of to see already high cholesterol levels skyrocket an additional 40 points, and getting rid of your HDL is only going to slow down your eventual return to lower levels. If you are going to do L-dex, it would be good idea to use nolvadex and/or clomid continuously while on l-dex as the presence of these near estrogens may help control the cholesterol and the extreme acne outbreaks that will occur. Also cholesterols over 230 can cause more damage to your eyes then clomid or nolva can so keep that in mind too. The cholesterol can clog up the small veins in your retina of your eyes.Quote:
