    What length pin is ok 1 inch or 5/8ths

    dont matter. i use a 1in but i also have used 5/8 as well.

    depends on bf% and how big your delts are..big delts with low bf use a 5/8"
    but most will use 1" id say use the 1" u can use them for your thighs as well as maybe your glutes that depends also on bodyfat.
