Let it boil then take it off the burner and let it cool for a few mintues.
Then put a pin (20g) into the vial but not in the oil to help lessen the presure. Now place the vial in the water.

My prop always comes with crystals in it.
Like mud said just put it in boiling water. it will take 10min or so.

You shouldn't shake the hell out of it,nor put it in boiling water.It should be swirled gently in water UNDER a boil gxssr.
