L-glutamine suppl

Maybe this aint the right place for this question but what glutamine supplement do you use? & if you could tell me why do you use that certain brand?

theres so many brands out there just choose one
i use twinlab
but i always switch mine up

Check out the supplement forum. The gurus there don't believe glutamine is an effective supplement. PM for Bryan2 or Giantz. Good luck, bro!
