My routine consists of one body part per week and that it.
1 body part per workout for me for 45 minutes, but I do tri's and bi's together because I enjoy the pump I get from it.
you have to find what works for you bro everyones different!
yeah one bodypart per week, something like this
monday -- chest
tuesday -- bi and tri
wenesday -- cardio
thursday -- back
friday -- shoulders
sat -- legs
huh I couldnt do with sbeast program.. If I have 3 consecutive gym days my intensity and strength plummet.
usualy once but my new regiment hits the muscle w/ 1 excercise a day .. twice a week
like flat on monday and incline on thursday and its working woundres to be honest and i THOUGHT it would be a shitty idea but my buddy was brilliant when he came up w/ it

Once a week for most. Twice for the lagging parts using completely diffrent movemnts.

Twice for me bro..ive tried differnd like once a week but it kinda sucked big time lost strengt and size..i gues everybody reacts different to training
also with once a week per bodypart i felt terrible laizy..didnt like it in anny way..but hell i like it the way it goes by now so ill stick to it as long as it may last..also lets say i train legs,one's a week ill do this verry intens next time ill do lesser intens i feel it fastens my recuperation!
