    after reading the clen handbook

    should the dosages be taken all at once? Im up to 80mcg today and i wasnt sure if i take it all at once or split it into 40/40...

    I would split it up throughout the day. It makes it easier to tolerate the sides, if you have them.

    It's recommended that you don't take a dose after 4pm or you will have difficulty sleeping. I never had this problem with clen but everyone is different. You will just have to experiment and see what works for you.

    What method are you using? 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off? ED with Benedryl for the third week?
