honestly you will have to try out a couple and find what works best for you and your goals...i started with M/W/F and went to M/T/W/TH/F and now am doin the 3 on, 1 off, 2 on, 1off approach...each of those lasted about 6-8 months...just remember that growth happens during rest, not work, so days/time off is important to recover...
Geeze....where do you start. The same routine??? By some mags or search some workout splits.
