When Should I Start My 2006 Cycle
Happy New Year Bros....i Hope We All Reach Our Goals This Year;....... Safely
Now My Problem................
I Had It All Ready....i Have My Supplements :
Milk Thistle
Protein Powder
Glutamine
Cranberry Extract
Multi Vitamins
Etc.
I Had My Groceries And I Had All My Pct And Juice...
Now I Have Caught A Head Cold...i Do Not Believe This....i Usually Never Get Sick....
Should I Wait To Shake This Bug Or Start My Regimen Now And See How It Goes...
Some Feedback From Some Of You Who Have Gone Through This Is Appreciated...

I'd say wait it out. Nothing worse than lifting on a cold. Drink lots of OJ!
But I'm sure you know that.

Take a good month off to get back to training at 100%. Lifting on a cycle when ill isnt nice at all, I had pneumonia in my first cycle. Wait it out.
Make sure you get bloodwork done, just to be sure your body is healthy enough for a AS cycle.

im starting my cycle in the beginning of march and running it right up until the beginning of july so a nice 20 weeker to get me ready for summer i dont know what your looking for to cut or to bulk but that should have a little to do with when you plan on starting
