question:
my friend and me are having a disagreeement. is it important to keep up ur protein shakes etc while on a cycle?

yeh he eats well but he doesnt seem to have his shakes lately. not losing much gains but i told him its important to keep them up thanks for backing my answer.

Protein shakes should be implimented if need be. I drink protein shakes and meal replacements all the time. But if your diet is fine tuned enough where you dont need a protein shake thats fine. I prefer shakes for several reasons, convenience, availability, Absorption, the list goes on. If I feel I"m not eating enough then yes I'll need a meal replacement. If I feel I"m not getting enough protein throughout the day I'll throw in a couple of scoops of whey and drink it alongside a meal.
Meal replacements are a huge advantage to all of us. Wether bulking or cutting or just living an everyday lifestyle, they can suit us all....................

Always good to keep using protein as a supplement
